    When we need to prepare custom order it usually takes 2 - 3 working days. Handcrafted products is 14-21 working days. We always strive to do our best to send your order as soon as we can. We prepare and ship orders only during the working days, which means Monday to Friday and weekends are not included to this period. Saturday and Sunday are not count as part of shipping days. Keep this in mind if you need your order to come on time! You need to know that sending (preparing) and shipping (delivery) are 2 absolutely different processes, that means each of them needed its own term to be made.
